2. We Post

We will post you advert on the leading jobs boards for 28 days, as well as social networking websites.

3. Filtering

Choice of either receiving all of the applicant CV’s from the campaign or filtered CV’s in accordance to your job description/spec. You choose how frequently you would like to CV’s and to which email account.

4. You Recruit

You will then call the shortlisted candidate or candidates to discuss the roles, arrange interviews etc. You can hire as many of the applicants from the campaign without any additional charges – You pay per campaign not per candidate.

5. You Save

This option can save you £000’s on recruitment fees as you are not paying a percentage of the candidates basic salary but per campaign. There not additional charges involves, just a flat fee of £199 + VAT.
